For your convenience, we offer FREE Shipping on all orders within U.S.A. via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your package. Expedited shipping is also available for express, two day, and next day shipping via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS Next Day Air depending on the address.

Additional Shipping Information
We ship using USPS because they deliver packages to a P.O. Box address. Other carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, are not able to deliver packages to mailboxes in the Post Office.

We guarantee a tracking number on every order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will be sure to provide it to you. Please see below for domestic and international shipping rates.

Items shipped from USA manufacturers Internationally are shipped within 1-2 business days, and take 7-14 business days for delivery but may arrive faster.

How Fast Do You Ship?
We ship items out same or next business day. Our delivery companies always strive to deliver your items in a timely manner however in case of a delay, please contact us and will be able to track your order and provide an estimated time of delivery.

Multiple Brand Shipping
For multi-brand orders, we will ship the largest part of your order using the option you selected. The remaining part of your order will be broken up and shipped separate using express or standard mail depending on the size of your order. If you placed an order with multiple brands, we suggest you place separate orders if you want next day or 2-day shipping.

Signature on Delivery Confirmation
We do not require signature confirmation on Standard Free Shipping for customer convenience, therefore packages will usually be left in your Mail Box or on your doorstep, and if you require this additional service, please contact us or leave a customer note.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
If your order shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please check your front and back door, or if you live in an apartment building, ask at the front desk. If you are unable to locate your package, please call your local Postal Office(s) and provide to them the tracking number. In most instances your package will be waiting for you there.

In case that the Postal Office is unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can open an investigation or and attempt to reship your items. A shipping label fee will be charged for reshipment depending on the weight of the item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs fees
We do not cover the cost of customs fees for international orders, nor can we predict what these might be. You should contact a local customs office for more information if your package is being held by customs. These customs duties and import taxes are charges that are not covered by us and we are not responsible for any delays that occur due to the customs holding the package.

Packages Returned To Sender
If you need an item to be reshipped, that is returned to us, please contact us to be issued a store credit. Shipping charges will be subtracted from the store credit.

What if my item is delayed.
Please contact customer service (https://www.JOYEOO/pages/contact-us), so we can track your order and update you on the status. Please allow 2 business days for tracking information to updated in the USPS, UPS, or FedEx systems. If an item is on a manufacturer's backorder, we will contact you and provide your options including waiting until the item is back in stock, or recommending an equivalent replacement.
